We also provide onsite service for all of our customers in the local Chicago area. From virus removal at your home to installing high speed Internet over a wireless network at your office. Specializing in PC and Mac network integration and small to medium network installation / implementation we support a large number of diverse Chicago businesses. At Chicago Cyber Exchange, we are here to help you purchase the computer products you need, as well as keep those products you have up and running. For walk-in and phone support, you'll work with some of the most highly trained diagnostic technicians in the industry. Additionally, we use a problem-resolution database, which is geared to providing quick troubleshooting and specific answers to a wide variety of problems. All this, because your satisfaction and productivity is our main goal. Telephone support for the hardware sold at Chicago Cyber Exchange is available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CNT, by calling our Technical Support Line at 312-337-4882 or by sending an email to pcsupport@ccenow.com or applesupport@ccenow.com. For status information of items purchased on the website you can login to the website using your user name and password to check your order. If you have any questions or need assistance with a product purchase you can send email to esales@ccenow.com.
